Student's Bio
Vivian Nguyen is a sophomore majoring in Cognitive Studies and Child Development. She worked with Professor Sasha Key in the Human Psychophysiology Laboratory at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center. Her research focuses on neurological measures of auditory memory and learning during infancy and their associations with future communicative and socialization outcomes. Her research is done in the goal of identifying neurological mechanisms that can be used during infancy to identify future risk for impairments in communicative functioning, such as what is commonly found in Autism Spectrum Disorder.
