Student's Bio
Maya Sachs is a Junior majoring in Neuroscience and Medicine, Health, & Society. Alongside the Laboratory of Affective Sensory Research (LASR), she studied how aerobic exercise affects interoceptive awareness. This research aims to improve the experimental design of cardiac discrimination tasks used to investigate the potential relationship between altered processing of interoceptive cues and anxiety in ASD.
