Student's Bio
Anish Katta is a senior in the College of Arts and Science majoring in Medicine, Health, and Society. As part of VUSRP, he has worked with Drs. and Brophy and Cheung-Flynn to study how inhibition of the p38MAPK signaling pathway could affect the cytokine storm that is produced during viral infection, and potentially ameliorate injury to the vascular endothelium.
